- No Refunds for Unused or Partially Used Credits
- Once a plan has been purchased, no refunds will be provided for any unused or partially used credits.
- Users are encouraged to take advantage of our free accounts to test our features and determine if they meet their needs before purchasing a plan.
- Refunds for Service Failures
We understand that unforeseen technical issues may occur. Users are eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- System Failures: In the event that our system fails to deliver calendar invites due to issues on our end, users may request a refund for the credits used during the affected period.
- Extended Downtime: If the platform experiences downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours, users may be entitled to a refund equivalent to the credits lost during this period.
- Accidental Purchases
- Users who accidentally purchase a plan or make duplicate payments are eligible for a refund if they notify us within 72 hours of the purchase.
- Requests for accidental purchase refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Billing Errors
- If a billing error occurs, resulting in overcharges or incorrect payments, users are entitled to a full or partial refund based on the nature of the error. Please contact our support team within 30 days of the charge for a resolution.
- Refund Process

- Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7 business days after receiving the request.
- Finality of Refund Decisions
