- Attendee Information: Users and sub-users may upload lists of attendees with: Email addresses, first names, last names, and other event-related information.
- Device and Usage Information: We may collect technical information about your device, IP address, browser type, and platform usage to improve our services and ensure security.
- How We Use Information
- User and Sub-User Data:
- Facilitate the creation and management of campaigns for sending bulk calendar invites.
- Manage account information, access control, and customer support.
- Attendee Data:
- Attendee data is used solely for the purpose of sending calendar invites as part of the user’s campaigns.
- Attendee Data Retention: Attendee information uploaded to our platform can be retained by the user/sub-user for future use, at their discretion. However, if the user does not choose to retain the data, our platform will delete the attendee list 30 days after the campaign end date.
- SMTP/API Details: These credentials are encrypted and only decrypted as necessary to send invites.
- Compliance: We may use personal data to comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or misuse of our services.
- User and Sub-User Data:

- User and Sub-User Information: We retain user, sub-user, and company data for as long as necessary to maintain accounts, ensure platform functionality, and fulfill legal requirements.
- Attendee Information: While we delete attendee data 7 days after the campaign ends by default, users and sub-users have the option to download or retain this data locally for their own future use. Once the data is deleted from our platform, we no longer hold any responsibility for it.
- Data Stored by Users: Users/sub-users are responsible for ensuring that any attendee data they choose to retain complies with relevant privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). We do not assume responsibility for the security or privacy of data retained by users.
- Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect personal data:
- Encryption: All sensitive data, including SMTP/API credentials, is encrypted both in storage and during transmission.
- Access Control: We use strong access control mechanisms to ensure only authorized personnel can access or decrypt user data.
- Data Deletion: Attendee data is automatically deleted after 30 days unless users explicitly choose to retain it for future purposes.
- User Responsibility for Data Handling
- Users and sub-users who choose to retain attendee data must ensure that they are in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including obtaining the necessary consent from attendees to store and process their personal data.
- We cannot be held liable for any legal or regulatory issues arising from how users handle retained attendee data.

In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will: Notify affected users within 72 hours, in compliance with GDPR.
